Funds are put into a pool that is secured by the bank, and on pool maturity, well-vetted properties are purchased.

* Rental Income – Periodic distribution to contributors from rent.
* Capital Appreciation – Value growth of acquired properties.
* Call Deposit Returns – Earnings on interim funds placed in interest-bearing
* Accounts of up to 14 – 18%. (People who withdraw their funds before maturity will not benefit from the deposit interest.) - Loans: Participants will also be able to borrow money from the platform.

Transparency: This is one of the most transparent schemes you can find. Participants will be informed on funds status and property acquisitions. They can also track their investments. Properties shall legally carry their names.

- Fund Security: All pooled funds shall be held by the bank partner in trust and will only be accessed when properties are to be acquired or when withdrawals are applied for. Your funds will also accrue interest when in the pool.
- Transferability: Contributions are transferable upon due diligence approval.
- Sign-on Fee: 1.5% of the contribution amount.
- Withdrawals: Participants can withdraw their funds at any time during pooling but this will attract a fee of 2% on the withdrawal amount. Participants can also withdraw their investment even when the properties have been purchased.
